Assured Employment is a participating employment agency under the Eldercare MDW Scheme, supported by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). Through the scheme, families can hire helpers who have undergone eldercare training to better support seniors with their daily care needs at home.

Where more specific care is needed, we can also arrange for a trainer to conduct training at your home, focusing on the actual care situation and tasks required, such as showering, mobility assistance, wheelchair transfers or caring for a bedridden senior.
Yes, it may be possible. An elderly person aged 60 or above who meets MOM’s requirements may employ a migrant domestic worker under the Sponsorship Scheme. The application can be supported by the income of eligible family members and remains subject to MOM’s eligibility requirements and approval.
Eligible family members may include the elderly person’s children, children’s spouses, grandchildren, grandchildren’s spouses, siblings or siblings’ spouses. MOM can consider the combined income of up to two eligible sponsors, subject to its requirements.
MOM may consider other evidence of financial ability, such as the elderly person’s savings, under the standard application process. All applications are subject to MOM’s assessment and approval.
No. Although an MDW’s Work Permit is generally valid for up to 2 years, you do not have to employ the helper for the full 2 years. If circumstances change, such as the elderly care recipient passing away or moving into a nursing home, the employment may be ended in accordance with the termination terms in the employment contract.
